Max E. Ammann writes a personal column for the Swiss weekly magazine PferdeWoche on the actualities in the national and international equestrian sport.
His 169th column with the title "Falk Böhnisch und der Fahrweltcup" was published in the edition 36 on 14.09.2016.
Am 20. Juli starb Falk Böhnisch in Donaueschingen, wo er über zwei Jahrzehnte lang die dortigen internationalen Fahrwettbewerbe organisiert hatte. Falk Böhnisch war auch mit dabei, als im Herbst 2001 der Weltcup der Viererzugfahrer mit acht Prüfungen in Stuttgart (GER), Stockholm (SWE), Amsterdam (NED) und Mechelen (BEL) sowie Bordeaux (FRA), Dortmund (GER), ‘s-Hertogenbosch (NED) und Göteborg (SWE) im Frühjahr 2002 begann.
