4 conferences in connection with the seminar "Follie italiane" at the University Hospitals of Geneva (SUI) were organized by Teresa Maranzano.
The second conference with the theme "The Heirs of Jean Dubuffet: Swiss Collectors of Art Brut" was held on 01.03.2008.
The love of Jean Dubuffet towards Switzerland goes back to the forties when he discovered works of psychiatric patients. Since his collection of Art Brut was transferred to the Château de Beaulieu in Lausanne (SUI), the desire to collect works of art brut was shared by different amateurs. We turn the floor to the collectors.
